Opening an existing project

You can open projects that you saved using the Publisher or projects that you share with your colleagues.

Use the Open Recent list to open recently used projects.

In the Open Recent list, projects that you have marked as private contain the Private graphic and projects that you are sharing contain the Shared graphic. For details about marking projects as private or shared, see Working with shared projects.

You can also click Browse All to pick from projects in a folder and file list. To open a project that you recently used in the Publisher, select the name of the project in the Recently Used Projects box under the folder and file list and click OK. The last 10 projects that you have opened using the program are listed. You can also navigate the folder list and select a project to open. To open a project locate the project by browsing the My Projects and Shared Projects folders. Projects in the My Projects folders are the projects that you do not currently share. Projects in the Shared Projects folders are the projects that you share with other people. Select the project and click OK to open the project.
