Setting preferences

Use the Preferences window to specify how you want your version of the product to perform. For example, specify the location of the Media Library folder and designate the editors to be launched when editing objects. Preferences must only be set once, and will persist with each title you create.

Preferences are divided into the following categories:

• General settings
  Contain settings involving your general experience.

• Editors settings
  Contain settings for configuring your preferred editors when editing various object types.

• ReviewLink settings
  Contains settings for specifying the host and path for publishing to ReviewLink.

• Proxy Server Settings
  Contains settings for specifying the optional Proxy Server Address, Username and Password.

• CourseMill settings
  Contains settings for specifying the host, path, and credentials for logging onto CourseMill.

• Auto Update settings
  Contains settings for automatically updating the program.

• Publish Strings settings
  Contains settings for customizing the text used in the runtime.

• Publish Messages settings
  Contains settings for specifying the type of messages that are displayed during an error check.

• Form Elements settings
  Contains settings for specifying custom images when adding radio buttons and check boxes to your title.
