If you are publishing directly to the following Apps, use this section to set the credentials to log into the specific App. Currently Lectora Online supports direct publishing to CourseMill®, ReviewLink®, Rockstar Learning Platform and Docebo. Lectora Online alsow supports direct interactions with games on The Training Arcade platform.
CourseMill® is a learning management system designed and developed by ELB Learning. If you are using a CourseMill server, the information specified on this tab will enable you to easily transfer published projects to the server. Specify the Web address of the CourseMill server and the location on the CourseMill server where the CourseMill system resides.

To specify the location of the CourseMill server:
Select Preferences from the File ribbon. The Preferences window opens.
Click the Apps tab.
Scroll down to the CourseMill section.
In the CourseMill Host field, specify the Web address of the CourseMill server. By default, this value is www.coursemill.com.
In the Path to CourseMill on Host field, specify the location on the CourseMill server where the CourseMill system resides. If the CourseMill system was installed with the default settings, specify /cm in this field.
To check your connectivity to the CourseMill server, click Test Connection.
If the connection fails, check your settings and retry the test.
If the connection test completed successfully, click OK to set your preferences.
When you publish to CourseMill, during the publishing process you will be asked for more details, the Course id, and your Instructor ID and Password. For additional details about publishing to CourseMill, see Publishing to CourseMill.
ReviewLink® is an online review tool designed and developed by ELB Learning. Storing your ReviewLink credentials on this tab will enable you to easily transfer published projects for review on ReviewLink. Your password is securely hidden.
If you are not using a ReviewLink server, this tab can be ignored.
To properly configure for publishing to ReviewLink:
Select Preferences from the File ribbon. The Preferences window opens.
Click the Apps tab.
Scroll down to the ReviewLink section..
Specify the email address with which you registered with ReviewLink in the Email ID field.
Specify the password with which you registered with ReviewLink in the Password field.
Click OK.

The Training Arcade is an online service that allows Lectora authors to incorporate interactive and engaging games into their Lectora projects. This service is designed and developed by ELB Learning. Storing your The Training Arcade credentials on this tab will enable you to easily insert games and other Training Arcade objects directly into your Lectora course. Specify the subdomain of your Training Arcade server and the API Key to configure Lectora to work directly with the The Training Arcade.
If you are not using a The Training Arcade service, this section can be ignored.
To specify the location of the The Training Arcade server:
Select Preferences from the File ribbon. The Preferences window opens.
Click the Apps tab.
Scroll down to the The Training Arcade section.
Use the fields in the The Training Arcade group to specify your server settings. In the Subdomain field, specify the subdomain of your The Training Arcade account. The subdomain is the first part of the URL for your account. For example, if your account URL is MyCompany.thetrainingarcade.com, then enter the subdomain "MyCompany" in this field.
In the API Key field, specify your specific The Training Arcade API Key. To retrieve your API key, log into your The Training Arcade account and select the API tab on the Account page.
Click OK.
Rockstar Learning Platform is a learning management system designed and developed by ELB Learning. If you are using a CourseMill server, the information specified on this tab will enable you to easily transfer published projects to the server. Specify the Web address of the CourseMill server and the location on the CourseMill server where the CourseMill system resides.

To specify the location of the Rockstar Learning Platform server:
Select Preferences from the File ribbon. The Preferences window opens.
Click the Apps tab.
Scroll down to the section Rockstar Learning Platform.
In the Rockstar Learning Platform Home URL field, specify the Web address of your Rockstar Learning Platform Home URL. For example, https://YourCompany.rockstarlearning.com.
In the Email ID field, specify the email address you use to log into the Rockstar Learning Platform.
In the Password field, specify the password you use to log into the Rockstar Learning Platform.
Click OK to set your preferences.

With proper credentials, you can publish projects to the Docebo learning management system. For the more information about the Docebo LMS, visit https://www.docebo.com/knowledge-base/docebo-for-lectora/. Storing your Docebo credentials on this tab will enable you to easily transfer published projects to Docebo LMS. Your password is securely hidden.
If you are not using a Docebo learning management system, this tab can be ignored.
Before you can publish to Docebo, your Organization Administrator will need to make sure Docebo is properly configured within the Lectora Online Org Settings. See the Docebo settings that need to be set Viewing your organization settings
To properly configure for publishing to Docebo:
Select Preferences from the File ribbon. The Preferences window opens.
Click the Apps tab.
Scroll down to the Docebo section..
Specify the user ID with which you use to log into Docebo in the User ID field.
Specify the password with which you use to log into Docebo in the Password field.
Click OK.
