With ReviewLink, you can:
Share courses with unlimited reviewers – Reviewers are free and simply log in through a Web browser to leave feedback.
Collect feedback through comments – Use Comments to add feedback and attach files to individual pages. Each comment has a status to track its progress. Select from a list of predefined statuses or add your own custom status.
Mark up courses - With ReviewLink you can draw lines, arrows, ellipses, and highlights directly on the page to add visual enhancements to your course commenting.
Get Feedback on Lectora, Captivate, or Storyline Courses - Publish eLearning content directly from Lectora and Lectora Online to ReviewLink, or upload content from Adobe Captivate® or Articulate Storyline®. Then, send email invitations to your team members, manager, or subject matter experts to review your course.
Manage feedback – Filter, sort, and search a list of all comments, or Export comments to a PDF or CSV file to work offline.
Manage reviewers – Import users and manage reviewers with groups.
Stay informed – Track Activity through Email Notifications.
Work with built-in mobile testing features - The device preview toolbar enables your reviewers to quickly and easily test responsive content in different device views. The current view displayed when comments are submitted are then saved with that comment, so publishers can easily sort and filter by device view.
Work globally – ReviewLink is available in 7 languages.
Your ReviewLink credentials are saved within your preferences. You can make changes, if necessary. For details, see Setting ReviewLink preferences.
To publish project to ReviewLink, follow these steps:
Save project.
On the Home ribbon, click the drop-down list under Publish in the Publish group and select ReviewLink. The program performs an error check and displays the results in the Publish Project to ReviewLink window.

To filter the messages to only show the errors that were discovered in project, select Show errors only. To filter the messages to only show the warnings that were discovered in project, click Show warnings only.
Resolve any errors within project. If necessary, click Cancel and repeat steps 1 and 2 until project is free of errors.
Click Publish when you are satisfied with the results of the error check. The ReviewLink window opens.
Click Account Settings to view and change your ReviewLink settings.
Use the following tabs to specify your publishing settings:
Once you have completed configuring the publishing options, click OK. When the publishing process has completed, click the Upload Project button to upload project to ReviewLink.
When the upload process has completed, you can view project in ReviewLink. Click the ReviewLink button to launch ReviewLink. Alternatively, using a QR Code reader, scan the QR Code in the Publish Project for Review window to quickly launch ReviewLink.

Click the Done button to close the publishing window.
When you make changes to project, you will need to republish it and upload it to ReviewLink so reviewers can see your changes. Repeat these steps as necessary to republish project.
