Text styles automatically set text attributes such as the font face, style, size and color. You can apply a text style to a text block that is independent of the default style settings. the program will then format the text to include all attributes that are specified within the text style.

You can copy the style properties of a text block and apply them to another text block. For details, see Copying and applying a text block's style to another text block. |
Three predefined text styles are provided: Title, Subtitle, and Body Text. These text styles can be customized as necessary. Additionally, custom styles can be created, imported and deleted as necessary. For details, see Managing text styles.
To apply a text style to your text block:
Select the text block you want to change.
On the Home ribbon, click Text Style from the Text group and select one of the text styles.
