Copying and applying a text block's style to another text block

You can copy the style properties of a text block and apply them to another text block. This prevents you from having to manually apply each individual property to other text blocks.

You can also copy and apply the style properties of buttons, shapes, characters, and images. You can copy and apply the following style properties:

To copy a text block's style properties and apply them to another text block:

  1. In the Title Explorer or in the work area, select the text block whose style properties you want to copy.

  2. On the Home ribbon, select Style Painter from the Clipboard group.

  3. Locate the target text block. You will notice the cursor change to the paintbrush cursor within the work area.

  4. Select the target text block.

The style properties from the original text block are applied to the target text block.
