Add a Web window to allow users to view external or live Web resources within a project. Select from the following Web sources:
You can preview the display of the intended Web site before you add the window to the project. For Local Web-based content, you can select a zip file that contains a supported launchable file, like a local Web page file or a scripting\templating file.

To add a Web window:
In the Project Explorer, select the location in which you want to add a document.
From the Insert ribbon, click Web Window in the Add Web Object group. The Add Web Window window opens.
Use the Window Source drop-down list select the type of Web resource for the window and complete the option field that is displayed based on the Web resource. Click Preview to preview the Web window, where available.
For Web Address, use the URL field to enter the Web address of Web site.
For Local Web-based Content, click to navigate and select a zip file or use the Relative Path field to enter the relative path of a URL or an existing page in the project. After you upload a zip file, use the Launch File drop-down list to choose the launchable file (.html,.htm,.jsp,.asp,.php,.and cfm) or click in the Launch File field and specify a file name you want to launch.

The uploaded zip file is treated as a resource and will appear in the Resource Manager dialog. If you delete the Web Window object, the resource zip file will remain in the project, just like an image resource will remain when you delete an image object. You can remove the unused zip resource from the Resource Manager like any other resource. |
For Page in Project, use the Page field to select the page from the project.
For Google Maps Location, use the Address field to specify the address.
For Wikipedia Entry, use the Topic field to specify the topic.
For Google Document, use the Document field to enter the URL of the public Google document you want to embed.
Click OK.
A placeholder for the Web Window is added to the project. Select the placeholder window to size and move it as necessary. Use the controls on the Properties ribbon to change its appearance.
