Editing a video object

You can edit an video object after you have created and added it to the project. Additionally, you can convert the video object.

To edit a video object:

1. Do one of the following:

   • In the Project Explorer, double-click the graphic of the video object, then click Edit in the Video group on the Properties ribbon.

   • In the Project Explorer, right-click the graphic of the video object and select Edit.

   • In the Project Explorer, select the video object and type Shift + Enter.

   • In the work area, double-click the video object and click Edit in the Video group on the Properties ribbon.

   • In the work area, right-click the video object and select Edit.

   • In the work area, select the video object and type Shift + Enter.

   The Video Editor opens.

2. Use the editor to update and save the video.

When you save your editing change, the video file is automatically updated in the project.

To select another video to edit from the Properties ribbon, click the Video pull-down list adjacent to Edit graphic in the Video group.
