You can add a description with the project. The description you provide is not displayed to the user when you run the project; it is for project development only.
To add and change the description of project:
Select the project in the Project Explorer.
On the Design ribbon, click the expand arrow in the lower-right corner of the Project Setup group. The Description window opens.
Use the box to specify the description of the project.
The description is updated.
