When you publish to HTML, the actions in project are converted to Web-based programming code, such as JavaScript. If your images are not already in .jpg or .gif format, they are automatically converted.
To publish project to HTML, follow these steps:
Save project.
From the Home tab, click the drop-down list under Publish in the Publish group and select Publish to HTML. The Publisher performs an error check and displays the results in the Publish to HTML window.

To filter the messages to only show the errors that were discovered in project, select Show errors only. To filter the messages to only show the warnings that were discovered in project, click Show warnings only.
Use the results information from the error check to resolve any errors within project. If necessary, click Cancel and repeat steps 1 and 2 until project is free of errors.
Once you have completed configuring all of the publishing options, click OK. Your project is published to your local directory. When the publishing process has completed, click the FTP Project button to upload project to the Web server specified. If you did not configure FTP settings, this option is not available.
Click the Done button to close the publishing window. When available, you can also click the Preview button to launch the published project or click the Download button to save the published project as a zip file. Using a QR Code reader, scan the QR Code to quickly open the published project on
When you make changes to project, you will need to republish it so the new changes are reflected in the published project. Repeat these steps as necessary to republish project.
