You can chose to automatically start a video object when the page containing the video object is displayed to the user.

To automatically start a video object:
Do one of the following:
In the Project Explorer, double-click the 
graphic of the video object.
In the Project Explorer, right-click the graphic and select Properties.
In the work area, double-click the video object.
In the work area, right-click the video object and select Properties.
Enable the Auto Start check box in the Playback Options group.
The video object will automatically start.
