Adding equations

You can add math equations to the text block, such as those that contain .and .

To add an equation:

Double-click within the text block where you want to add the equation. The floating text-attribute toolbar opens.
On the floating text-attribute toolbar, click . The Equation Editor opens.
In the Equation Editor, select equation symbols from the collection in the top of the window. Use the box in the middle to enter alphanumeric symbols within the symbol. A preview of the symbol is displayed.
Click OK to insert the equation.

The equation is added to the text block.
