You can select how the text is to be justified within a text block. Select from aligning left or right, centering in the middle, or justified left and right.
To justify your text:
Double-click within the text block and select the text you want to change.
Choose from two ways to apply these attributes:
On the Home ribbon, click the appropriate align graphic from the Paragraph group:

From the floating text-attribute toolbar, click the appropriate align graphic:
