In Title Explorer, double-click the 
graphic of the action. The Action ribbon is displayed.
In the Trigger group, use the Delay field to specify the number of seconds to delay the action.
You can delay an action by a specified number of seconds. When the action's trigger is fired, the action will not execute until the delay time has elapsed.
To delay an action:

The action is delayed.
