Use the Media Library Folder field to specify the location of your shared media library. When you install the program, the \MediaLib folder is the default directory for the Media Library. This location can be changed to a local or network folder where media intended for reuse is stored. The media can then be accessed from the program and added to any title.

If you specify a different location for your Media Library, and still want to be able to access the media installed with the program, you should copy or move the entire \MediaLib directory (C:\Program Files\eLearningBrothers\Lectora\MediLib) from the program's installation path and paste it into your new Media Library location.
To specify the location of your Media Library folder:
Select Lectora Preferences from the File ribbon. The Preferences window opens.
Specify the folder in the Media Library Folder field or click the Browse button to navigate and select the folder.
Click OK.
The location of the Media Library folder is set.
