Using resource names as object names

You can automatically assign the file name (minus the file extension) to an object as the object name. For example, with this option selected, if you drag-and-drop MyImage.jpg into your title, the image will appear listed in the Title Explorer as MyImage.

To enable automatically assigning the file name to an object:

1. Select Lectora Preferences from the File ribbon. The Preferences window opens.
   

2. Enable the Use resource names for object names check box.
   

3. Click OK.
