You can force an object to always be on the top layer of the page. This is useful when you have multiple objects layered on your page.
You can change the layer position of objects by sending them backward or bringing them forward. For details, see Layering objects.
To force an object to the top layer:
Do one of the following to display the Properties ribbon:
In the Title Explorer, double-click the graphic of the object.
In the Title Explorer, right-click the graphic and select Properties.
In the work area, double-click the object.
In the work area, right-click the object and select Properties.
Enable the Always on Top check box in the Appearance group.

The object is forced to the top layer.
