Changing the alignment of text within a cell

You can specify how the text is to be vertically aligned within cells of a table. Select one cell or multiple adjoining cells.

Select from the following alignment options.

To specify the cell alignment:

Select the cell or cells you want to change.
On the Table ribbon, select the appropriate graphic in the Cell Alignment group to specify the cell alignment.
